A gem for gluten-free guests
The hotel's staff was incredibly welcoming, offering a tailored gluten-free menu that made dining seamless for my mother. We loved the comfortable beds and relaxing pool area.

I was disappointed by the lack of English TV channels during my stay. It was particularly frustrating that the hot tubs were not operational, despite the claim that the pool was open all year round. I found the dining options to be repetitive and lacking in variety, with no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel offers a beautiful pool area where I often spent my afternoons. The kids really enjoyed the playground and the dancing events, which kept them entertained. Our room was clean, and I found the beds to be comfortable, giving me good rest at night. I did notice the food choices were quite repetitive, lacking diversity. I tried to ask for more vegetarian options but faced a language barrier with the staff. On several occasions, I received dirty plates at the buffet. The walls in the room are thin, leading to noise from neighboring guests, which affected my sleep. Some of the entertainment seemed geared towards older guests, leaving little for children. Despite these hiccups, the friendly staff made efforts to assist during any minor issues. the pool really saved the experience for us and provided a lovely place to relax.

Dinner options felt repetitive and heavily geared toward Spanish tastes, leaving limited diversity seeking a more international menu. Noise disturbances from thin walls were frustrating. I could hear snoring from one side and the TV on the other. evening entertainment appeared to cater primarily to older guests, which left children feeling rather bored during our stay.

Exceptional Family-Friendly Experience
Our family of three had a fantastic stay! The gluten-free menu was a lifesaver for my mother, allowing her to enjoy meals alongside us. Quick walk to the beach and shops added to convenience. Rooms were clean, but consider bringing extra lighting options for a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy!

The food here was a highlight, with an excellent variety including standout spare ribs, and the cleanliness of the room contributed to a comfortable stay. the sun loungers by the pool were quite hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax during the day. while the pool area was lovely, the entertainment options felt a bit limited, particularly for younger guests. Some evening shows lacked engagement and tended to be quite late, which was not ideal for families.
